We’re an irreverent team of designers & developers that want to blow you away with our skills. We turn web traffic into dollars and make it our business to get people to pay you money.

We plan. We execute. We study. We learn, and we adapt. You won’t find anyone who devotes more time to studying our craft than us. We know that knowledge is where our advantage is, and you get to benefit from our obsessive learning.

Things in this industry change. I mean, really change, a lot. If you’re not studying, you’re behind. When you get behind, your clients suffer, and we’re not gonna let that happen.

We make it our mission to know the current and best ways to perform for you. We go to conferences, take classes, have coaches, mentors, colleagues, and many other forms of educating ourselves, and we pride ourselves on this.

HaleyHead Pirate

Haley’s the implementor around here and works a lot in the background. You might not see or hear from her much, but she has her thumb on everything. With a creative and analytical mind, she solves problems and delegates the solutions.

DanAccount Manager

You wouldn’t know it, but Dan’s got hair down to his waist. That’s just the first surprise in the first 10 minutes of Dan’s first day at Solar Marketer. Quirky is a big plus around here, so we go with it… no, we celebrate it. If he’s managing your SEO, ask him how his mom and dad met (forgive us, Mr and Mrs. T.).

RaviTechnical Wiz Kid

Ravi’s an interesting dude. He speaks 6 actual (human) languages, knows Python, C++, Javascript, Perl, PHP, and Ruby on Rails. Um, what the hell? He’s also got a pretty deviant sense of humor, so all these combine to make him pretty … special. If you’ve got some complicated website plumbing issue, Ravi will be taking care of that.

WillWebsite Designer

Will is short for William, which is short for “Oh my god, you didn’t just say that!” Let’s just say we don’t do retail… for a reason. Picasso said, “The chief enemy of creativity is good sense.” That’s why we just leave Will to do his magic and don’t force him to make sense. But his work, as you’ll see, is world-class. We like Will a lot.
